Operating between the regions of pure nonsense and improvised domestic-surreal clatter, Wellness Regime are the samplers, loops and assorted objects duo of Ivy Nostrum and Kinver Pond. Across two tapes, a self-titled debut for Steep Gloss and its 'Down' follow-up on Soundholes, and a couple of live performances at Tread Into Mulch and No Computers, Wellness Regime have been working with various levels of success to combine vocal samples, crunchy machine noise, urban field recordings, no-technique noise-guitar, tape mumble, spinning bowls, kitchen-sink ephemera, and whatever else sticks.

Recently, they have been trying to be quieter.
