Brutal Dreamsound + Martin Lau

Brutal Dreamsound presents Acoustic Survey aka Jakub Rokita, Desire Line aka Anna Fairchild and FLOMO aka Rob Flint, + Flooded Access aka Martin Lau, in an experimental audiovisual performance. The performance is loosely curated in four parts, each with a title taken from ways urban spaces are used or identified. Zoning: the division of urban land use into varying areas of development and regulation. Infill: The process of densifying cities by developing vacant or underutilised parcels of land. Desire Line: The shortest, often most trodden path which is not a designated route. Bright Light: a space receiving abundant sunlight for plants, or an environment with significant light pollution. Performers take turns to begin an improvised performance for each section, which then becomes a gradual audiovisual collaboration.
